Official corporate risk-allocation matrices, service limits, and standard legal caps of Adept Quality Services (AQS).
Determine your protective contractual liability cap under the statutory 90% post-GST rules.
Under no circumstances shall the consolidated aggregate liability of Adept Quality Services (AQS), including its parent institutions, structural partners, certified assessors, officers, and assigned sub-contractors, for any loss, legal claims, damages, statutory penalties, delays, or code breaches exceed a maximum ceiling of 90% of the net consulting fees received after the absolute deduction of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory surcharges.
This maximum aggregate cap represents a bilateral contractual agreement between the customer (hereinafter "the Client") and our auditing board. By approving service briefs or transacting funds on this platform, the Client explicitly accepts and holds harmless our lead assessor councils under this strict risk-allocation threshold.
The exact formula used to determine any financial claim caps or maximum liabilities arising from any particular advisory standard, technical deployment, or tax filing is computed programmatically as follows:
L = 0.90 × (C_gross - G_statutory)
• L: Maximum Contractual and Tort Liability Limit.
• C_gross: Gross Consulting Fees paid to AQS (excluding third-party registrar and government fees).
• G_statutory: Goods and Services Tax (strictly calculated at 18% standard, or applicable statutory rate).
Federal, state, and central registrar fees (e.g. BIS samples, DGFT application fees, NABH structure charges, ISO validation deposits) paid directly to appropriate administrative bodies are specifically excluded from C_gross and are completely non-refundable through any contract dispute.
Our senior assessors are tasked with facilitating the documentation preparation, plant gap analysis, and training of organizational personnel. AQS does not assume any liability for third-party registrar board rejections or statutory deferrals stemming from areally falsified business logs, undisclosed contamination histories, substandard manufacturing installations, or proprietary systems failure.
Any formal contract claim or tort liability assertment must be logged within exactly ninety (90) solar days following the official completion or termination of the respective advisory phase. Failure to file a notification of breach within this vetting window represents a voluntary, irrevocable waiver of all statutory rights of restitution.
Adept Quality Services provides a formal, legally backed 90% Money-Back Guarantee (Excluding Government/Registrar fees and Taxes/GST) for all listed services in our catalog if project completion is not achieved within the designated contractual periods.
The service milestones and SLA upper bounds for delivery are established as follows:
